Convenience for the student and facilities for employees
This new access system allows the Navarra Chamber of Commerce students to access its headquarters with their facial biometrics.
From now on, to attend their classes, students do not need to introduce themselves or identify themselves at the reception desk; when a student arrives at the corporation’s headquarters, they simply approach the facial recognition reader, located at the entrance, which recognises their identity and allows them access.
The system saves staff time and increases their convenience in access management. In addition, the reader records the student’s arrival, so there is no need to manually check attendance.
Registration and access in less than 1 minute
The registration process is very simple. To use this access system, Cámara Navarra has provided a link for its students to register by filling in some basic information fields and capturing their biometrics using a selfie and a smile.
There is also the possibility of completing the registration at the Chamber’s headquarters with the help of the reception staff, following the same procedure.
After completing registration, students receive a unique and non-transferable biometric access credential to access their classes quickly and conveniently – their face.
Increasing the security of Cámara Navarra
This access solution also allows the Chamber of Navarre to increase its security, as it prevents access by users who are not registered and do not have authorisation.
dasGate’s facial biometrics engine, developed by Veridas, is AI-based and designed to protect user privacy.
It is regularly evaluated by external bodies such as the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
In addition, the readers include advanced anti-spoofing technology to detect identity theft.
In this way, thanks to dasGate’s solution, Cámara Navarra is always certain that the students who access its courses and training are the ones who are enrolled. It also improves the user experience and facilitates the work of its employees.
